just did your abs routine, i picked up the sidewards boat a little while back at your site, i really love it, but there heavy.
Yesterday i got back from a great holiday in the mountain between france and spain, did a lot of yoga under a tree. read the great book of eckhart tolle, learned how to be in the now and started meditating.
But when i was away the subscription started for your workshop in holland, i was just to late, bummer. I really want to go to the one in utrecht, doing hard moves easy, im on the waiting list. Is there something you can do???
The other ones you have to read glamour to subscribe, and thats a bit to far from me as a guy.
anyway, going on for the rest of my morning yoga routine.
