Ditch the afternoon coffee & snack for this yummy smoothie! You’ll have a ton more energy and it tastes great too!
Ok, I’ll admit that when 3pm hits I’m looking around for the nearest way to get my caffeine straight to my veins, but after craving and knowing I need something more than a jolt and crash and burn that afternoon coffee provides, I started heading away from the coffee bar and towards the produce aisle.
I’ll still have a cup of Joe every once in a while, but I know that I don’t have to be dependent, and actually this option is so much tastier and lasts me through to dinner. Especially on the long days. Now if I’m shooting something, we’ll see if I can get this smoothie’s ingredients, and a blender available to me on location written into the contract. Necessary for efficient performance for sure! Girl’s got to live!

You’ll need
1 small bag of frozen organic mixed berries
1 banana
Dash of almond milk
Scoop of organic chocolate peanut or almond butter
Now What

Roughly how many grams of mixed berries are in one small bag? I’m sure bag sizes vary around the world!
