I think I found my new passion, making fun and healthy cooking videos for you all! Seriously stoked about delivering you with one fresh new food video every week along with one brand new yoga video a week too! I finally got my act together and am getting on the regular with you all here. Just needed a little kick in the can and some inspiration that fell out of the places of the sky that inspiration usually comes from.
Inspiration for me comes from meditation and connecting back to nature. Got to make space in order to bring anything new. Works for over stuffed closets and everything else too. Thank you for all your support and interest and let me know if you have any requests.
Right in time for the 4th of July, I share with you my top secret guac recipe
Enjoy!

Tara

Hey Tara, I noticed in your earlier vids that you used to eat yogurt and ezekiel cereal. Do you still consume yogurt? And the cereal as well??
I actually don’t have a blender (maybe the only person on the planet without one) and i just used a mortar & pestle to make this… super convenient that I had all the ingredients on hand
I also added some cilantro and a teeeeny tiny pinch of salt and it was amazing!! Thanks for the olive juice suggestion, didn’t have the blue chips, but anyway, it was still such a treat and soooo easy!
thanks roshani! great idea for mortar and pestle. .i have to get a set of that
cilantro sounds like a great add too! thanks and have a great day!
hey Chris. I’ve been laying off the yogurt and dairy in general quite a bit. switched up the breakfast from that to smoothies with banana, berries, and either protein powder or green powder. really helps me feel great and energized in the am. what do you have for breakfast?
Tara! This is is awesome! You’ve inspired me to make guacamole tonight.:)
Olives! That’s different. I keep mine out of the blender for a chunk-ier texture. Perhaps a few crumbles of feta on top of the finished product to take your Aegean Guac even further.
I am going to have to try this! Also, Your kitchen is awesome! I love the brick!!
tara, great news that you are putting out more of the cooking videos! I am new to healthy eating and yoga. your vidoes on both are great!
Hi Tara, I have my 90 year young father I’ve introduced to sprouting and now I will pass on your website to yoga and your book too! I’m hoping to get him into yoga for stretching and stress reduction. Great to see you on FOX! Thanks.
