As filling as risotto, but even tastier and way healthier.
You’ll Need
1 cup black rice (cooked)
1/2 pineapple
1 nectarine
1 pear
1/4 jar non-dairy curry
Now What
chop up fruit
combine with cooked rice in sauce pan
add curry
stir and simmer for 5 minutes
