In effort to spice up a regular dressing without turning a salad into something as unhealthy as a fast food meal, I’ve played around in the kitchen for a long time and perfected my favorite spin on Balsamic + Dijon. Enjoy Devious Dijon. This dressing is great to make with any of the salads in Make Your Own Rules Diet. Enjoy!

Serves 2

You’ll Need

1 1/2 table spoons olive oil

3 table spoons of balsamic

1/2 table spoon of dijon

3 shakes of your favorite hot sauce

1 inch fresh ginger, sliced

Now What

Toss it over your favorite salad.
