Big and fun news. Yoga Cures is being published and translated in Dutch. I’ll be going over to the Netherlands to do some book events, classes, and workshops in September. So much fun.
It will be a two week adventure culminating with leading some yoga classes in Ibiza. Crazy fun. If you live in the area swing by. Not such a bad place to plan a vacation to that time of year too.

I was actually thinking bout cutting it short, but i dont think my boyfriend would be happy bout that haha! You said you’re in the Netherlands for 2 weeks, so maybe i’ll see you somewhere else.

I would love to go to the class Sept. 19 in Amsterdam but it is mentioned in the article that there will be focus on challenging moves like inversions,arm positions etc. I do yoga but I can honestly say I’ve kept my level basic, probably ’cause of lack of focus and perhaps not having a good instructor.
I feel confident I’d learn something new from working in this workshop with you but..do you think the Sept 19 class could maybe be too challenging for me? I hope you read this cause I’d love to book my trip soon. thanks,

The workshop in Amsterdam is the only one I can attend because of my work, and it is only for members of a magazine..
