Fantastic, filling, super healthy dinner. Make a big batch so you can enjoy it through the week! You’ll need Quinoa Kale - organic of course Indian Curry (jar or homemade) Maya Kaimal is my fav! Steamer Now What Prepare Quinoa - 1 part Quinoa, 2 parts water, simmer for 15 minutes Steam Kale - 5 minutes Combine with a few tablespoons of Curry in cast iron skillet. simmer for 5 minutes.
