Peanut Butter Cookie Bars

Hi Friends,

I made these on a whim last night, improvising with the recipe, and they turned out pretty darn yummy! What are you favorite healthy (and maybe even non-healthy) cookie recipes to make around the holidays? Would love to try your inventions! Let me know in the comments and we can have a cookie party!

Peanut Butter Cookie Bars

You’ll Need

2 cups almond or oat flour

2 table spoon egg replacers

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 cup peanut butter or almond butter (I used white chocolate peanut butter & it is yummy!)

1/2 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup coconut oil

Now What

Mix everything togehter

Pour into glass baking dish

Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes

Test with a fork the way you would a cake

Enjoy!
