Handful of organic spinach

A few olives

1 organic pear

2 grape leaves

A couple mushrooms

wrap – your call

 

Now What

chop everything up

mix everything together

wrap it up and enjoy!

    Tara I love you, but your meals make me feel like a fatty. I eat wholesome vegan food too, but at about twice that serving size. How do you stay full?

    Tara, these portions seem so small. Does it actually fill you up for the whole afternoon?

    Hey Sara, I eat usually more than once during the afternoon. Also this portion was after I ate the bowl of salad that didn’t fit in the wrap. Most portions are totally over sized these days in restaurants, I don’t watch portions or calories or anything like that but go off my intuition and how I feel. I eat for enjoyment and fuel for life :)
