I share in the book an experience I haven’t shared before publicly. It’s something that I feel can help connect and help people through struggle and doubt. I share my experience of falling way off my intuition, how that spiraled my life out of control, and the practices that brought me steadily came back to connecting with my intuition for good. When we are plugged into how we feel, we become sensitized, and the creative urge has freedom to explore and carry us to magical places.
