Just got back from Nashville. Fun weekend wrapping up the Master the Shift program with Ryan Hall, Eddie George and me. I loved teaching yoga to the athletes, and aspiring athletes alike. Yoga shows us that our only competitor is ourselves. Once we master our bodies and minds nothing can hold us back.
Big suprise in store for 2010 program! Official announcement coming soon! Stay tuned!

Hi Everyone.
Happy Easter, and overall amazing weather Sunday in NYC. Yay, we’ve been holding out for a day like today. It has been busy at Strala. We didn’t know what the turnout would be with the holidays, spring break, and all, but I’m very happy that people continue to come in the doors, do some good yoga, and leave happy every day. It’s so much fun and very rewarding to be able to share what I love with everyone and meet so many awesome people in the process. There is a lot of life in the studio, a lot of laughing, a lot of sweating, progress, and plenty of good times.
I wrote a blog called “What Would Modern Day Jesus Do” for Easter. Check it out over at HuffPo. Jesus, religion, and yoga, always a good conversation starter.
Ok, back to work on drafting content (due tomorrow am!) for a very cool new program that I’m involved with for this year. More to come on that very soon. I don’t think I’m allowed to tell you yet!
xo
